Lawful basis for the processing activities mentioned above is Section 25 (1) sentence 1 TDDDG; the subsequent processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. a) GDPR.
The retention period is:
- Your IP address, device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information (e. g. time of visit to our website and individual interactions, as well as their duration, geographic location (country only) will be deleted after 7 days
- Your online usage data will be deleted after 12 months of user inactivity or if you withdraw your consent

7. Third countries
A third country according to the GDPR is any country outside the European Union/European Economic Area, e.g. the U.S., where it cannot be guaranteed that the European level of data protection will be maintained.
